		<description>Most use Broadcast Programming, Play MPE, or TM Century. None of those companies will sell to anyone except radio stations. Many record labels send CD&#039;s or MP3&#039;s directly to stations.
There are companies that will sell you a hard drive pre-loaded with an entire music library...but again only radio stations can buy them.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
