		<description>Nope.  Radio stations obtain the right by the copyright owners of the music to play it.  As long as you record and use a section of radio play that has a copyrighted song playing, you are still committing infringement.  Not only that, you&#039;re now probably infringing on the radio station unless you get permission from them ALSO, to use their broadcasts.

In my most subtle, non-crime-endorsing opinion, I find it easier to just say screw it and upload whatever.  If it gets deleted, oh well.  Life goes on.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
