You often see a radio program broadcasting from your local supermarket and etc. Will a store "hosting" the event pay to the radio station to do so? Can anybody ask the radio program to come to you to broad cast? I am not doing it, but I am curious because it usually gather more people to a store and if an exchange of money is involved.
Thanks!

No there is no money involved, but there could be a lot of free advertising which helps.
