Whats the easiest way to broadcast live radio over a website?

I have several websites that I want to be able to broadcast live radio over. I need someones opinion as to which is the best and cheapest way to go about it. Thanks.
Nullsoft Shoutcast is the standard, I guess you could make a module that plays a shoutcast stream with flash or perl.
