How to record a live radio show on my laptop?

I used to have this thing that would instantly start recording once music or whatever popped up but i deleted it and dont remember what is was called. Any websites or suggestions…for free
You should try liteRecorder.This records streaming radio or audio from any streaming videos like YouTube. I’ve tried several programs, and I think you should try at least 3-4 and pick the one you like.
