Can I record the radio, live feeds and music from the internet?

When I go on the bbc.co.uk/radio1 website you can listen to the radio live on the net.

Is there any software free or not that I can use to record the feeds so i can save them on my PC?

    Well there are other ways like windows sound recorder.
    You can open it at
    start>all programs>accessories>enterainment,
    You can save it in .wav format. And there are other sound recording software in Internet like http://www.bebits.com/app/4465 .
