How to take parental controls of Panasonic FM Radio Omnivision VHS?

I have a Panasonic FM Radio Omnivision VHS tv and everytime I see a program that’s rated R or TV-14, the parental control sign goes on. I know the password but it’s annoying that every time I see something rated R or TV-14 that the parental controls keeps popping up and that I have to keep putting in the password. How do I take off the parental controls?

Generally, you go to the menu or settings mode, then to parental control settings and set them for what you want. You can even just turn it off.
